@nelliJ0 no this is good info i mean i’m from socal so i’m used to the heat and plus america so also understand the political struggle i was leaning toward spain but i don’t know spanish and even if i were to learn i’d learn mexican spanish bc that’s what’s spoken here but i wouldn’t leave until 2027 so we have time ty for the advice <3

Oooooh both amazing countries, have been to both. Personally i like Austria more but maybe i‘m biased cuz my aunt lives there lmaoo.
            
            You should definitely think about the fact that it is much warmer in Spain than in Austria as it is further down south, so do you like the sun or the cold more?
            
            Also, the political situation in Austria is sadly quite critical (exept in the Capital Vienna), as the FPÖ(Leading political Party in Austria) is portraying values which Kind of align with the Standards of the Nazis back in the DDR( im german so i would sadly know). For example, strict migration policy and a strong national and patriotical stand.
            
            BUT Austria is absolutely beautiful. I was in the Capital Vienna and it has one of the Most beautiful citycenters ever. It has Lots of old buildings going so for back in time! And in Vienna, Most of the people voted against the right-wing extremist Party.
            
            So I‘d suggest Austria but lmk your decision <3
