The reason why he didnāt react to her picture is because he didnāt see it at that time. Actually, in the previous chapter, when he messaged Raya to come out, after sending that message, he didnāt even close the chat and kept his phone in his trouser pocket with the chat still open. So when Raya sent him her picture in that dress, her chat was already open on his phone. Thatās why the blue tick appeared, but he didnāt actually see her picture.
