The mists of Avalon is my very favorite book. Anita Blake series by Laurell K Hamilton and The Hollows series by Kim Harrison are also at the top of my list. I would have to say that The Shell Seekers by Rosamund Pilcher is my ultimate classic selection for best all around fiction novel. Even after all these years I still get a wonderful feeling when I see someone reading it because I know just how they will hate to let the characters when it is over !!
