Contrivance

@Prototype-01 "already done." Contrivance replied, then turned her arm behind her, with the swiveling hydraulic joints and disconnects the charging wires, after being fully charged.  "System is functional. Thank you for awakening me." 

@Prototype-01 "unethical work habits and improper safety measures were carried out in this facility, which resulted in it being shut down after the third death of a worker" 

@Prototype-01 " if it still serves me correctly, you are the original make?" She says in reply "unfortunately I do not have any knowledge of the others. My programming was not finished before this facility was abandoned" 

@Prototype-01 The projections disapear and the chest piece of the robot then seals up once more. It took a moment  for the robot to process the new programing, before its movements seemed to become more organic
           It moved its head down slightly at an angle to look at him "Greetings"

@Prototype-01 a few moments pass, as the wires that were connected now to the robot, began to spark lightly. The sparks then slowly died down as power begun to restore functionality to it. Neon blue lights where the robots eyes were, flickered a few times, before flickering on. The robot then went through a series of words as it begun to power up. "System Status: Functional. Programming status: Needs manual software update.  Contrivance, model zero two. Final make, last produced. Hydrologic status: Functional." 
          After the robot had finished its series of commands, a loud hiss could be heard from the joints as the hydrologic mechanisms slowly began to repressureize and began to raise up to a standing position. Once it stood, its multiple joints locked into place and the chest plate of the robot cracked open with a soft hiss, and a screen projected from it, along with a keyboard. 
          "Battery status: 5 percent. Programming Status: Needs manual software update." The robot repeats
