suddenly in the need of alcohol.

i’ve been gone for a long time, but here’s my explanation.
          
          
          my grandmother was sick for a long time, battling cancer took a very large toll on her. she survived for a few months & the cancer was almost gone. 
          
          but, i got a call a few weeks ago. she had gotten admitted to a hospital, they said she wasn’t going to survive that same day. but, she did. it was going good for another week or so, but then she started to get more sick. another cancer had spread through her lungs & it made the fight harder for her. she fought for our family & i knew she didn’t need to, so i called her, i told her goodbye, also that she could stop fighting now & live on with our brother.
          
          she told me she loved me one last time & i thought that was it. but she pushed through it once more & after getting resuscitated, she eventually was put on life support. 
          
          my grandfather made the decision to sign the dnr & it was a hard decision for him. it took him a few days to sign it, but he did & she never went into cardiac arrest. unfortunately, they pulled the plug. 
          
          she died on the 15th of july, 10:26 pm.
          
          
          i am sorry for not updating for so long, these past few weeks have been hard on my family & now soon enough i will have to send my grandma off to the spirit world to reunite with my big brother. 
          
          please be safe out there & tell your family you love them every time you leave the house or when they do. you never know if they’ll make it back.
