I've just had this story on my diary for 6 years now so I just do a little correction on my English back then and cross out useless parts to stick to what the story is all about. Details are good, but try not to add too much details in order to avoid boring your readers. But at the end of it all, to me personally it's all about getting out what I had in my mind this whole time. Regardless of the criticism or number of reads. Contentment is key.
