/ tldr luci’s the chef of the astral express (yay!!) only he’s slowly turning into an antimatter legion monster so the reason he’s travelling with them is to try and find a way to stop/cure the transformation :3 and it’s a bonus that the ae has powerful individuals (see: welt etc) that can kill him if worst comes to worst
