hi, hey, yeah ... so a couple minor changes are to be made in the novel version of beautiful (published now with slow/ish updates). i won't be completely rewriting the entire story, everything will be as it is, just with some detail change? i apologize to you all who have stuck with this story - i know how much it means to you - but let me tell you why i've been doing this.
firstly — i started this story with a very loose plan on what it was going to be about. all i knew was the names and ages of characters. the original concept of the story was about two teenage parents. but i didn't want to do that, because i wanted to look closer into a young mothers life. i wanted to tell a story nobody hears. so i wrote 'zero'. as some of you may know, i changed the story around quite a bit in the beginning. like i'm doing now.
so i hope that you all understand and support my decision to do this, because i just want to be sure of haleigh's story. i can't write it if i'm not.
but just to make you all aware, here are the changes (as of now) :
• haleigh will already be on medication/going to therapy
• name change (the butterfly effect)
• haleigh's wardrobe (yes, she's finally wearing clothes)
• the casting of haleigh and cole
• and i might not let elaine die
some of the changes have a pretty big 'butterfly affect', i know, but i promise to make it work. i'm so sorry if i'm letting you guys down. but i really need to do this.
p.s - i won't be reediting haleigh's poetry until i have a solid plan.
