Cory Summerhays apprenticed with notable Chicago chefs before moving to the American Southwest and branching out on his own. After joining a Caribbean-themed restaurant in Nevada, Summerhays gained a reputation for culinary experimentation and excellence. He was known for fusing Caribbean flavors with American standards.

Summerhays has held leadership positions at restaurants in Utah, Idaho, and Colorado. Summerhays is one of the newest members of the Tucson, Arizona culinary scene. He hopes to impress patrons and foodies with his inspired, delectable fusion dishes.
