so there's his first mouth where you'd expect a mouth to be (on his face), and then a second mouth on his belly and in where his stomach should be. behind the second mouth is the second stomach. the first stomach is higher up and above the second mouth.
when they get pregnant, their second mouth seals up, and the stomach pushes into the mouth. a sac expands and develops to carry the offspring in the place of the second stomach. while pregnancy occurs, the second stomach detaches from the rest of the digestive system.
once the babies are ready, the stomach mouth opens again, and they take their disconnected stomach out. the sac containing the baby splits open and the baby is pushed out of the mouth on their stomach instead of the human way of birthing a child.
