            her gums snapped together when he pulled out a shield. she had expected him to grab a gun like all those other humans. the female snarled at his ridiculous demands and shook her head. no way she would listen to someone who dared enter her territory. she was no alpha wolf but she sure could act like one. 
            
            "you first." she directed the spear at him. her grey skin sported some bruises from fights before she'd encountered him - steven, was his name. it was a nice name but that wasn't the point. her thick, white braid rested on the right side of her collarbone, the wind brushed against it. "c'mon big boy." she challenged. "put your plate down."

            The spear made him not think twice: he yanked his circular shield from his back and swooped it in front of his torso. In the middle stood a proud skull with tentacles. It was Hydra's infamous logo, which was a domestic terrorist organisation. Steven disagreed with the terrorist part, though. He took a step back, combat boots flattening a few fallen, orange leaves that laid on the ground. Birds chirped all around them. This would have been peaceful had she not pointed a darn spear at him. 
            
            "Here on business," he said as he patted his pocket to show he had a map. "Name's Steven. Put your weapon down."

            rune's pupils - which were crescent moons - fixated to the big man in front of her. spear drawn immediately, she narrowed her eyes. what human would fare so deep into this forest ? it was dangerous here. "i'm not lost." her fangs bared as she spoke. "you on the other hand…"
