I just want to say that Etoile was absolutely beautiful, the last chapter literally made me cry. I legitimately finished the book in two days, I couldn’t put it down.

Wattpad really IS dead. I updated 3 books last night (one of which I hadn’t been able to write for three years and thought people would be excited about) and got a whopping total of TWO comments across all 3 chapters :(

@CaJaAr I’m gonna have to disagree with you there. I’ve been looking into other stranger things book (the one with the gap I mentioned) and their s5 chapters have upwards of 20 comments while I struggle to get 5. Interaction for my books has been a problem since forever, not just because of exams.

dude i feel some bad when i read fics without liking and especially commenting but its because im so into a story that i forget or i try to read fics that are completed so i dont have to go through the heartbreak of it being abandoned but i think im gonna try to be more proactive on in-progress stories since i know writers are getting bad burn out from the lack of comments from readers!!

I FINISHED S5 (minimal spoilers ahead)! Overall I thought it was kind of boring and had too much action with not enough down time, but the fourth episode?!?!? The last thirty minutes were the best in the whole season, hands down!! (I can't believe we got 'touch him and I kill you' with byler!!!!!!)

I just finish watching S5 with my siblings and honestly I loved it! Always loved my boy Will and that ending was insane! TBH I liked that there was a lot of action bc this is what the season is all about the final battle, but I get it some down time would have been ok too.
ALSO I don’t know about you guys but I LOVED THAT WE GOT KALI (or 008) BACK. I know a lot of people were like “oh I honestly hate the ‘sister’ episode in season 2” but I loved it and I was hoping to at least see more of her and seeing her here is such a win for me personally bc I loved her in season 2 and I was kinda sad we barely got to see more of her. So this is a win! (Also throughout the episodes of S5 I was literally telling my siblings “you know Kali’s power would be so useful right now if she was here” lol)

@Slytheengowrl I’ve been a Will fan since… s3, I think? I just felt so bad for him when Mike was all over el (that’s when I started shipping byler too.) It’s one of the reasons why I wrote fanfiction for st so I could give him someone who would always be his friend

OKAY so this may be a bit hypocritical of me (as I hate it when people talk about other stories in my books) BUT it's also my page so I can do what I want. I've been looking for this fanfic FOREVER and have tried so many different things to find it, including posting about it on reddit, but to no avail - so I was hoping you guys could help me.
I read it awhile ago (between s3 and 4 of Stranger Things) and I don't remember a lot about it, but it's been plaguing me and I want to reread it. It's a Max Mayfield x fem!oc with the faceclaim being Olivia Rodrigo. It was a Spiderman themed fanfic where the OC introduced Max to the comics and kind of lived Spiderman's life; her parents had died and she was being taken care of by her Aunt May and Uncle Ben. In s2 when they're looking for Dart, the OC gets bitten and that's how she gets Spiderman-like powers.
There was also a companion social media book where it was Sadie Sink x fem!oc with the same faceclaim taking place concurrently with the filming of that author's version of Stranger Things. It was pretty dark with a plot about the OC being SA'd by one of the producers(?)
It's been awhile so it might've been deleted, but even if I just found the author again so I could check for myself that would be great. Thanks!

@mirrorbxll4 , @Chaeyeonbiased yes, that’s exactly it, thank you!! I knew it was called spider-man but it was too generic of a title for me to search it well (since it brought up Peter Parker stuff lol) I guess she won’t be getting to s5 anytime soon though :(

@cosmicstxrdust if I remember correctly, the author had deleted it but has only just come back to Wattpad to re-post chapters. The fanfic is Spider-Man by jj_1204, I hope this provides some information
