The way you built Phee's character is simply incredible and charming, I'm grateful to be able to read this wonderful fanfic. It's incredible how your writing is so expressive that I can imagine in such a magnificent and magical way, the connection between Phe and Harry is completely beautiful and majestic! I'm proud to say that this fanfic is the best I've ever read in all my years as a reader, you simply brought in me this feeling of accomplishment and of being able to read this story in such a magical way (something I haven't felt since I read the book "throne of glass, by sarah gmas" which is also wonderful and a great reading suggestion.
