@Blondexatxheart no one comes back from a concert and says, "The trombone solo was so beautiful" or "The tuba has such a good tone quality" or "That trumpet section had an impressive range into soft dynamics." We are the stars of the festival world. Marching band is the only place where anyone gives a flying f*ck about brass.

@Blondexatxheart we consider flutes 'micro-brass' in my band, but they still play with the woodwind class.
