I live by two mottoes that I have had since adolescence.  
1. Life should be led like a cavalry charge.
2. I'll try anything twice.


I am retired from emergency and critical healthcare. I also have done contract work for several governments that I am now legally able to open my fat mouth about.  I used to be the best cook in the world.  I am 71 yrs old.  I am running out of round ups.  I have 4 above average grandchildren 2 boys and 2 girls.  I am in declining health due to an autoimmune disease, polymyositis.  I still have my sense of humor, intelligence, and thousands of stories.  I have been married for 40 years to my one great and true love.  I have a positive outlook on life and my impending death.  I have lived 5 lifetimes in my 71 years.  I want to share some of what has been beaten into me.  So that maybe you could get a heads up and not have to repeat most of those experiences.
