Officially out Deterrence on hold. Not sure when or if I'll update again because I've virtually lost all motivation.
Since January I've been going through some problems in terms of my love life and it's kind of out me off writing a romantic story. Maybe I'll come back around at some point, we'll see.

I haven't updated in over a month because I'm going through a dry patch in terms of writing. Part of me feels like just writing a massive summarising chapter for the rest of the story just because I really can't find the effort to update full 3,000-5,000 word chapters, but at the same time I love the plot of this story and I want everyone to love it too.

Chapter 14 will be called 'To Be Reckoned With'.
Chapter 13 is in the works, about 1,000 words in, would hope to get to 2,000 or even finish it tonight, time will tell ✨

Chapter 13 will be tough to write, as it's based on a specific plot line that I have been a little negligent on emphasising, but I hope to mould it together, perhaps it will work out.
Chapter Thirteen will be called 'Painkiller', stay tuned, I guess.
Going to start Chapter 12 tomorrow. The chapters will be a littttle bit shorter in these next ones to come, so around the 2,500-3,000 marker instead of the 3,500-4,500 marker.
Just letting you all know I won't be updating for probably the rest of the year! Christmas + this last week is going to be incredibly busy but I want to wish all my readers and/or followers a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year! ❤
I'm so excited for Deterrence, so excited. I can't wait for the ending, I can't wait to write more in depth.
Just spent a straight 2 hours on Chapter 9. I'm up to 3,000 words and loving it. It's definitely something different, a little exciting even. Stay tuned. Should be up tomorrow or they say after.
