I am a passionate writer and storyteller who draws inspiration from the everyday realities of Northern Nigeria. Growing up surrounded by rich traditions and powerful cultural practices, I writes with a deep awareness of both their beauty and their challenges.
Through my work, i gives voice to stories often left unspoken-childhood, family, love, and the silent pressures young girls face. This book is my way of sparking conversations about culture, choice, and change, while also preserving the essence of Hausa traditions.
When I am not writing, i am a creative entrepreneur who shares my love for food, books, and culture with her community.
