I'm tired of everything. My dad acts like he can do anything without my permission. I want to go to a different school for study and he just comes and tells me you wouldn't go there. Who is he to tell me that? And they still want me to act I'm happy. Idc about anyone's else emotions and feelings now. I'm really tired. Why couldn't he say it earlier? why did he say when I was happiest? being happy is really this hard? whenever I think I won't get angry at him he gives me another reason to get angry. Mom is stressed because I've locked myself in the room and not talking to anyone. what should I do? pretended to be happy when I'm not? sometimes I really want to die. I can't cry in peace. I can't take out my frustrations. just be the little perfect and completing everyone's expectations person. why can't they understand that? why no one cares about my happiness?

@crazy_sumi well that sounds really difficult and im sorry youre having to go through this :(( it's normal to feel frustrated and overwhelmed when expectations are placed on us, but it's important to remember that you are in control of your own life and future. you need to take care of yourself first and that includes speaking up for yourself and advocating for what you want and need. it's okay to express your emotions and to make sure your voice is heard. you can talk with your parents about how you feel and work together to find a solution that works for everyone. youve got this!<3
