Why is my wattpad in Filipino and why can I not change it, settings say it's on english but everything is Filipino. Wattpad change it now please I don't understand

Might have said it before, but I miss the old wattpad days back then in 2019 where everyone had some kind of rpg, and it might be a bit cringy looking back, but it was soo fun.
