it is absolutely baffling and insanely messed up that you would take someone else’s hard work and post it as your own. the author has asked you to take it down and it would be the LEAST you could do to simply do as she wishes. you are hurting the author in doing this— do you fail to realize that an actual human being wrote that?
          
          take it down. no one is rooting for you, everyone knows it is stolen as cherryscriminalmind and that book are very well known in the fanbase— and even if they weren’t well known, it is still wrong and actually ILLEGAL to take someone’s intellectual property and post it as your own.

It is literally against the law for you to post something that someone else created. It’s called copyright infringement and you can be sued for it. The author took the story down because of mental health, and you doing this is completely disrespectful. Your need to red a fan fiction, no matter how good it is, did not compare to someone’s mental health. If you were paying attention when the story got taken down, cherry told us that it might get put back up when she was feeling better. The entire reason it was taken down in the first place is because of people like you who cowardly treat people over the internet horribly. As if it won’t come back and hurt your real life.
