          Today, I want to celebrate every one of you who has spent time inside my stories, connected with my characters, waited patiently for new chapters, and left your thoughts, emotions, and support along the way.
          
          Writing may begin as something private between an author and a blank page, but readers are the ones who transform those words into something alive. Every time you open a chapter, imagine a scene, feel something for a character, or carry a piece of the story with you after reading, you give that story a life beyond the page.
          
          Thank you for being here, for reading, and for giving these stories a place in your hearts.

CHAPTER 28 IS FINALLY UP. 
          
          Okay… this chapter fought me.  But Camila and Bianca are finally exactly where I needed them to be.
          
          Chapter 28 is a big one, not necessarily because of what happens between them physically, but because of what they begin to understand.
          
          For the first time, Camila starts imagining something she has spent years refusing to imagine: a future.
          
          Bianca, meanwhile, is beginning to realize that loving someone like Camila cannot mean simply allowing Camila to take care of everyone until there is nothing left of herself.
          
          There is Mateo. Rodriguez. Daniel being Daniel.  A certain girlfriend incident. A very interesting conversation Bianca was absolutely NOT prepared to have , some painfully domestic moments, and finally… an empty house.
          
          No hospital.
          
          No mother down the hall.
          
          No Ash.
          
          No emergency telling them what to do next.
          
          Just Camila and Bianca standing at the door of whatever this is becoming.
          
          “Ready?”
          “I am, nena.”
          
          Chapter 28 of Her Last Mission is available now.
          
          I cannot WAIT to see what you guys think about this one. 

Hi, everyone. 
          
          I know it has been weeks since I last gave you any kind of update, so let me start by saying: I’m alive. Technically. 
          
          And Chapter 28 is going up tonight. Yes, tonight.
          
          Life got serious—aggressively. existential crisis happend, and possibly three other stages of character development that nobody warned me about.
          
          But I never forgot about this story.
          
          The truth is, this chapter gave me a very specific kind of trouble: Camila is dealing with Bianca, Ash, and her own internal battles all at once, and I kept questioning every decision I wrote for her. Would someone like Camila really do this? Would she allow that? Would she move closer or retreat? Is this emotionally accurate, or am I making this highly trained, deeply guarded woman behave like someone totally different than herself ?
          
          So I wrote, questioned everything, rewrote, stared suspiciously at my iPad, and repeated the process until the chapter finally felt honest.
          
          And through all my overthinking, it helped to remember that you guys read these characters closely enough to understand even the things I never explain directly. So I kept it simple. 
          
          Anyway, before I enter another transformative phase and delay Chapter 28 until my next lifetime: it is going up tonight.
          
          Thank you for waiting for me. 

 Chapter 27 is finally here! 
          
          Okay… okay… I know. 
          
          I promised you Friday.
          
          Then I disappeared.
          
          BUT… I also promised that if Friday didn’t happen, you’d have it on Sunday.
          
          So… promise kept. ❤️
          
          Chapter 27 — ENOUGH is officially LIVE!
          
          Thank you for being patient with me while I wrestled with this chapter. It ended up meaning so much more than I expected, and I wanted to make sure it felt exactly right before sharing it with you.
          
          No more waiting.
          No more procrastination.

Chapter 27 Update 
          
          Hi 
          
          Yes… I’m alive. ‍↕️
          
          I know I’ve been a little quiet lately, but I promise I haven’t forgotten about Camila and Bianca—or about all of you.
          
          Sometimes writing is magic.
          Sometimes it’s staring at the same paragraph for three hours, deleting it, rewriting it, deleting it again… and questioning every life choice that led me to this. 
          
          The good news is that Chapter 27 is officially in progress, and I’m hoping to have it ready by Friday. If my brain decides to cooperate, amazing. If not, my backup goal is Sunday.
          
          Thank you for your patience, your votes, your comments, and for continuing to love these two women as much as I do. Every notification, every message, every reader means the world to me.

 CHAPTER 26: THRESHOLD IS NOW LIVE 
          
          The storm hasn’t passed.
          
          The hospital is still there.
          
          Mateo is still waiting.
          
          The world hasn’t become any less complicated.
          
          But for one quiet morning…
          
          Bianca and Camila allow themselves something they haven’t had in a very long time.

           Her Last Mission

          Just a quick update to let you know that I’m currently working on Chapter 26, and if everything goes according to plan, it will be published this Sunday.
          
          After the events of Chapter 25, we’re finally getting a chance to slow down and spend time with Bianca and Camila away from the hospital. Expect plenty of emotions, awkward tenderness, overthinking, quiet moments, and of course… Ash.

Chapter 25 — Ash  
          
          Some doors don’t open with grand declarations.
          
          Sometimes they open with a simple question.
          
          A quiet dinner.
          A house trying to remember how to breathe again.
          Two exhausted hearts learning that caring for someone means making room for every part of their life.
          
          Including the parts that come with four paws.
          
          Chapter 25 is now available.

          After Chapter 24, Bianca and Camila are finally leaving the hospital.
          
          Neither of them wants to be apart.
          
          Neither of them wants to seem needy.
          
          Neither of them wants to push the relationship too fast.

          Chapter 24 — HOME, is finally available.
          
          Mateo’s condition remains uncertain, exhaustion is catching up to everyone, and both women are struggling to hold themselves together while the hospital continues moving around them.
          
          This chapter is about grief, vulnerability, exhaustion, trust, and what happens when someone finally allows themselves to stop carrying everything alone.
          
          And, most importantly…
          
          the moment Bianca finally realizes where she wants to be when she can no longer keep going.
