Hey, y'all... so I messed up... next week, I'm going to this camp with my church youth group and the guy that I like, but I'm trying to get over will be there... yes, the one I wrote a song about... anyways, I am still performing the song about him in the talent show bc it's lwk a banger, but that's kind of off topic... I also, stupidly bet my one friend 5 dollars that I could get a bf at camp even though I know I probably won't bc getting a bf would require actually talking to a guy, which I can not do... and I'm 13 and broke so I can not afford those 5 dollars... any advice or tips on getting a bf?... I js realized how Wattpad coded this is... dating someone bc of a bet and then falling for them and they find out it was bc of a bet and they break up with me but they eventually hear me out bc I do a grand gesture... I read too much Wattpad... I'm scared now

guyssss... wattpad has brainrotted me... like I was reading this one actual book and this girl really said to the guy that she was slacking off ultimately saying that the time with him was a waste and I screamed at the book and cried and wanted to go to the comments to see how many people were sobbing with me and that one person that makes me feel better by saying something completely idiotic and out of pocket but then I realized I can't bc it's an actual book

Update on the crush situation:
I texted another friend that's close with him about it and she said that he definitely knows about my crush on him, but isn't stressed out about it. So, I told my best friend what she said and she actually said that she didn't listen to my other friend. I was like whatever and brushed it off, and I went on to tell her that I finished the song I was writing about him and she told me not to sing it even though it's lwk a really good song because it would make him even more uncomfortable, but he isn't even uncomfortable with the situation. We are now in a fight, and I honestly don't know if we're still friends. I'm actually so devastated about this. I really just don't know what to do. My current comfort song: Best Friend Breakup by Lauren Spencer Smith. Love y'all

@ crumpldupiece_13 it's your choice whether or not you want to sing it, and as a friend, while she may have the right to make a suggestion, she can't and shouldn't force you to do anything. Since he doesn't know you know he knows, he shouldn't have anything bad to say about it either. Keep in mind, though; unless your friend was told explicitly by him that he knows, you can't be sure.
I hope the situation gets better and am sorry for just popping in unnanounced :)

Guys... I'm actually so devastated right now... I just found out the my crush is stressed out by my obsession with him and might not go to this camp that my church is a part of because of it... I am 100% going to apologize... I just feel so bad... I didn't realize he was really affected by this.. what are your thoughts?
