1. Feeling good in your body
2. Not feeling good in your body (you will soon, i promise)
3. Being happy
4. Feeling unwell (you can't control that)
5. Taking time to take care of yourself
6. Speaking up about something that doesn't sit right by you
7. Standing up for yourself
There's a lot more, but i just wanted to let you know. 💛
