          he  didn  '  t  want  to  believe  it  ,,     he  just  didn  '  t  .      there  was  no  way  that  aphmau  could  be  a  shadow  knight  ,,     not her  .       those  were  two  of  the  thoughts  that  came  to  dante  almost  daily  .      even  after  multiple  people  have  spoken  up  and  insisted  that  they  saw  aphmau  as  a  shadow  knight  ,,     dante  just  kept  responding  with  things  like  "  it  couldn  '  t  be  her  "  ,,      not  wanting  to  admit  to himself  that  the  person  that  he  once  saw  as  a  sister  ,,      was  somewhat  gone  .     but  here  he  was  ,,      standing  only  a  few   feet  away  from  the  shadow  knight      ❝︎      ever  since  you  '  ve  …︎     left  .       ❞︎     the blunette  tried  to  sound  calm  and  collected  ,,     but  his  voice  cracked  at  the  end  .
