Merry christmas everyone. And may 2021 be better than this year (I know that ain't hard, though). 
          
          I know I dropped off the radar quite abruptly, but that is owed the the usual end of the year insanity that is inventory plus me having to spend more time on doing some sort of cardio training to lose weight. That is tiring and time-consuming. So I have neither the energy nor the time to keep writing at this moment. All I can do is consume other peoples' works so thanks authors of Wattpad for the "fodder". ;)

Okay, it's official. I'm suffering from acute writer's block. I sat staring at the document for an hour today (and multiple other times over the week) but didn't write anything. *grmbl* 

It's been two draining weeks. Real Life has reared its ugly head and has me in its nefarious clutches. Meaning I had virtually no energy to write ... and what little I managed to complete feels like a ton of sand grinding in the gears. It's slow-going, it's stuttering along one sentence at a time ... You know what I'm talking about?

What. A. Week. From. Hell. 
          
          Ugh. Usually early shift weeks are more relaxed than late shift ones but this one is horrible. I don't even have the energy to do more than eat, read, sleep, repeat.  Certainly no power left to spin up the writing module.

Yet another week on late shift meaning little time for writing. But I also took a conscious step back, reading through what's already been posted and trying to solidify the plotline of the next few parts in my head. I'm still not sure about one key issue and how it's going to play out, but at least I have two possible ideas which I could also combine into a third. Still not sure, though.

Had to capitulate to the heat and the humidity this week and barely got anything done. We had 36°C yesterday and it was slow-roasting in hell.  Today it's just around 20°C but it's still muggy.
