in all honesty most of it is just based on the wattpad algorithm but using hashtags in your description might help boost it. Other than that, I would recommend making sure u keep grammar and spelling mistakes in your story to a minimum. overall I doubt there’s much to it but really just be patient and ur reads will come :) hope that was helpful sorry
