Last thing: I really miss the bigger cities I've traveled too, those being St. Louis and Chicago. I don't want to travel alone any time soon, but I do think I'd fancy going back to those places or at least Chicago with a friend rather than family.
When I travel with my family, we tend to do more tourist type things which isn't really my thing - I'd rather look around and see the more hidden gems than the out in the open ones, if that makes sense. I like exploring and taking my time, I live in a pretty quiet city so big cities are a ton to take in for me and my father wanting to do 50 things in the span of two days while I have a concert to attend is pretty bonkers if you ask me.

Oh btw!! I've been reading "Pachinko" by Min Jin Lee for a few weeks now!
I'm really enjoying the book so far, about 220 pages into it currently - I'm just bad at making myself read. The story is intriguing to me with the difficult situatios.
