It's been a hot minute but I'm back older and reformed, therapy and meds have worked wonders, no more angsty teenage Star. Posted some new poetry, give it a read <3

Don't stop talking about it
          Watch the videos till your eyes burn
          Listen till your ears bleed
          Scream "justice" until your voice gives out
          And then scratch your message into 
          The racist foundations this 
          Country is built on.
          Rip down the statues
          Let their bodies rust in the oceans
          Like the slaves who drowned
          In the middle passage
          Tear down the systems who oppress
          And place their knees on the necks
          Of those born with more melanin
          Let your heart beat steady
          For those who no longer
          Have a heartbeat 
          Or a breath
          "I can't breathe" 
           #BlackLivesMatter #JusticeMustBeServed
