electra arrived at her destination , it had been the restaurant her friends step - mom had owned and maybe even created from scratch . she stepped out of her car , clicking the button on her keys , locking it . she closed the door to her car her plaid skirt flowing a little bit over her knees , fitting her form comfortably . she closed her eyes taking a deep breath , opening her eyes and looking at the little mirror outside of her door . she made sure her hair was still curled and her bangs were even and aligned with her eyebrows which she had filled in . her hair was curled , scrunching up a few inches above her shoulders contrary to her usual slightly wavy on her shoulder style .

electra nodded at his statement , smiling , did this dude seriously have to be so adorable while talking about this mom ? yes , probably , but nonetheless she found it interesting to finally have a friend with a good mother-figure in their life . " oh uh thanks . " she stated at his compliment , " it's an outfit a friend of mine gave me , she thought I would never dare wear it , not really my style , but here I am - " she joked , she kept quiet for a few seconds , perking up at the opportunity to meet his mom , " if she isnt busy running this beautiful place , could I ? I dont want to disrupt her . " she said , shrugging lightly , intimidated and extremely interested in meeting her .

➥ @troubledways ˎˊ˗ “ hm? oh, im good! just been helping my step mom out, ” sebastian paused, shaking her hand for a few seconds than letting go. “ you look great by the way! big switch from what i saw a few days ago. ” he complimented, then pausing “ almost feel a bit underdressed. ” seb chuckled. he really did think she looked nice, of course in a friend type of way. he thought it was a nice switch, but he maybe even preferred how she looked before? a lot more chill but either way he thought she looked really nice. it was just a different switch to what he'd seen, the stylish outfit, the hair. everything really. but he still seemed to be— attracted to her? he didn't even know how he felt. “ oh! wanna meet my stepmom? ” he asked with a small chuckle.

she managed to look back up at him again , her cheeks being dust with a light shade of pink , both out of embarrassment and the makeup she had on at the moment . she soon enough let her smile take over her features as she spoke her first words to him that day , a soft , " hey , how are you ? " was let out from her mouth as she extended her hand to him , to shake .
