[lady flora, nurturer of the flora, picks at a flame-red petal, watching it curl towards her as if seeking comfort like a child and its mother. a smile forms on the lady flora’s face, all–seemingly benevolent that belies one’s true intentions.] you’d bathe in the sun, its light.. and live a life of no worries, no hardship. perhaps you’d have thorns? a flower to admire from afar, but cannot touch.
