I, a member of a fandom vow to obsess over objects that other people would find strange to obsess over. I will fall in love with fictional characters and fight other fangirls for them. I promise to never leave the fandom and continually re-read the books to refresh my obsession. I devote my time to fancy edits, funny insider jokes, and making friends with other fangirls. I promise to cast my own movie,and react according as actors are casted. I vow to stand by the author until the end. Finally, I promised to love my fellow fangirls, because they are the only ones that understand me.
