Just forced on my retainers after not wearing them for a few months 
          
          Lowkey hurts a lot for one tooth but not a crazy lot. The pain is kinda fading a lil bit after 5 mins but damn why do I do this to myself 
          
          Moral of the story be responsible and wear ur goddamn retainers (or elastics)
