Hey! I read the first page of your Misophonia book and glad to see someone to relate too. I know that's it's not an easy thing, it can take over your life and is not fun:((

Thank you! I'm glad it's helping someone. misophones really do need each other because it's so hard to live with this disorder on your own, especially because no one else understands. And I'm also always here if you or anyone else reading this, need anyone to talk to or rant to (even not about misophonia stuff) I'm always happy to listen and help in any way I can :)
