Might be a hot take but yumeshipping is probably the healthiest coping mechanism I've ever done in my entire life.
I haven't relapsed since June, and I've actually been taking care of myself both mentally and physically.

I'm still high-key pissed that they decided to introduce Stanford during the very last few episodes of season two, I mean yeah he was foreshadowed in the previous season/episodes but I wanted to see more of him.
(And his relationship with Stan) Thankfully Lost legends fills in that gap for us.
(I need to get that book)
