Disappointment

I wanna cry and scream and if I say the rest I'll get a concerned message again

Happy Halloween everyone! I wish i could celebrate it so badly.
          Just had an amazing dream about partying and hooking up and meeting people and dancing and having an amazing time. Made me realise once again how miserable and hopeless my actual life is.

You know the only thing anxiety is good for?
          Giving you abs cause your stomach is always tense.

Please tell me this has happened to someone else as well because it's happening really frequently and I don't know if I should be concerned or what.
          So I'm watching some youtube video right and I'm in my thoughts not paying much attention and a random word pops into my head that has nothing to do with what I'm watching and a second or two later the youtubers repeats that exact word. The word completely has nothing to do with anything like whatsoever. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME DOZENS OF TIMES PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON
