I am sorry too! But does anyone know what happened to the book Zer? The alien and the human that got matched and she does human wedding acts with him? She calls him husband and he always gets flustered?

Sorry for coming on here but does anyone know a book it’s about this girl she had a eating disorder and she goes to a new school and on one of the chapters she was doing a running competition in school I think and she fainted and in another chapter they went on a class trip and she heard a boy she got close to talking about her behind her back and she ran into the forest and passed out and I think she got hypothermia and the boy that said it found her in the morning and took her to the hospital

Hii this is very off topic but how to you study im nuerodivergent and every method I try isn’t good and i have my GCSEs soon they are improtandts tests i never go to school so i only have English maths and science

@milaiasan also please don’t stay up all night studying and then go to your exam with no sleep sleep is honestly more important than trying to force your brain to keep going when it’s exhausted staying up all night will only make you more stressed and make it harder to remember things
            
            you can study at night if that works for you but when it’s time to sleep go sleep then continue the next day and if you feel like you don’t have enough time it’s better to sleep and wake up early than stay awake the whole night
            
            and please don’t listen to people who make you feel bad or tell you you’ll fail there will always be people like that focus on yourself protect your energy and don’t stress yourself too much your health matters more than any exam 
            
            you do not need to study perfectly you just need to study in the way that works for you i believe in you and i’m sure you’re doing better than you think❤️

hey love!!
            I totally get it i have something this thing which is basically really important graduation exams too so i know how stressful it can feel
            for us we study around 8 months of lessons then at the end we have exams in a lot of subjects and you never know which lesson is going to come so you have to revise everything i’m honestly not the type of person who studies all day every day I can’t force my brain when it’s tired because then i don’t understand anything
            
            what helps me is making studying easier and less stressful:
            
            first i read the lesson once and try to understand it
            
            then i take another paper and write only the most important things (main titles)
            
            after that i rewrite the lesson in my own words the way my brain understands it better
            
            I read that a few times and that’s usually enough (sometimes I watch vds if I have time)
            
            if there’s something i need to memorize i write it over and over on a board or paper erase it then write it again until it stays in my head
            
            because you’re neurodivergent maybe don’t try to study the “normal” way everyone tells you to if something doesn’t work for your brain that doesn’t mean you’re bad at studying it just means you need your own way you could try:
            
            studying for only 20–30 minutes  then taking a break
            
            listening to music or sitting somewhere comfortable
            
            using colors mind maps or flashcards
            
            watching videos instead of only reading
            
            studying one tiny thing at a time instead of a whole lesson
