just a daily reminder for you all. please educate yourself on the meaning of slurs. they are highly offensive and can affect someone more than you think. 
          	
          	r slur: the slur r*tard was formally used as a medical term but has since then become a derogatory term and is now not used anymore. it was used to describe and insult people with disabilities.
          	
          	n slur: the slur n*gga was used as a derogatory slur to degrade black people, back in the 20th century it was often said by white people. the slur has been reclaimed by black people through subversion of power.
          	
          	f slur: the slur f*ggot or f*g was used to abuse gay men and men perceived to be gay. similar to the n slur, this slur had been reclaimed by gay men as subversion of power.
          	
          	c slur: ch*nk has been used as an ethnic slur mainly towards asian people, but right now towards chinese people because of the coronavirus. it is used to mock narrow eyes and variations of chinese names.
          	
          	t slur: tr*nny is a slur used to dehumanise, humiliate and degrade transgender individuals.
          	
          	s slur: shem*le is a slur used against trans women.
