1) My name is Annalise. Yes, I have a nickname, but my friends just call me by my first name. So yeah. 

2) I am engaged and 21 weeks pregnant { 5 months } 

3) I am fifteen years old. { 1 5 } 

4) I'm a quarter English-Thai and Chinese. (or sometimes I just go by English-Thai)
