@ArmyBlinkTeume omg why I don't get the notifications right ТоТ so basically, it's nothing that specific, more like a tangle of future events waiting to unfold. but at first, yes, he meant it literally — that he still had his mission that she's a part of. every weird event/confusion (w. jaehwan or doyoung) was connected to her, so she was necessary for him to find answers to his own questions. at that time, he wasn’t aware of his feelings for her yet, so he needed her, but not in the way he needs her now sorry for the confusion and I hope it didn’t cause any disappointment ;-;
