There has been a secret wedgie Master that attacks the residents of ua at night.
As a partner project Kaminari and Deku pair up. Kaminari finds out that he isn't the only victim that likes getting wedgies by the wedgie Master, after he finds Deku's note book laying around, filled with his deepest thoughts.
When a certain idiot blows up all the dorms rooms but the first floor. So now every boy is sharing a dorm with 3-4, and the girl with, 1-2 per dorms.
Todoroki is the secret wedgie Master and his favorite targets become his dorm mates.
Kaminari and Deku end up enjoying their time.Yet they have a hard time hiding their new found kink from Todoroki.
They are less worried about hiding it when they find out Todoroki's the wedgie Master.
Todoroki soon realized that now he could wedgie them when they were awake! With this new found information he targets them any chance he gets.
Before they get to even speak after finding out. Todoroki threatens them with loads of more suffering if they don't keep their mouth shut.
