Random rant
Idk if I’m speaking into the void butttt I just can’t help but notice how different Wattpad is! Like the culture is completely different and I kinda feel like people are just really mean and inconsiderate…This is just based off of some of the things I’ve been reading in other comments not even on my story!
It kinda makes me sad because writers take time to create for others just to get hundreds of really rude comments and think pieces.
Idk this was just a random thought I had… just remember to be kind everyone! It’s ok to have your own opinion but just be considerate because at the end of the day someone took the time to write for your enjoyment.

@danidiaaa whenever some of my readers get crazy I hit them with a mute and block, right after reporting them. Like they’re really taxing on our energy. I write because I love it and it’s my passion, but some readers are SUPER entitled and think they’re that much better of a story teller, so they direct others on what to do. And I’m like if you’re such a good writer, than go make your own story. 10/10 they will not! Cause all they do is Take Take Take! Smh

@bb2410 I do too! It’s really hard to create something from the heart and see it basically get sh*t on. Writers deserve more respect and appreciation on this app.

@Domsie Exactly. And yes there are some things that you may not like or agree with and it’s ok to express that but it just seems like people aren’t able to do that in a respectful way anymore. I catch myself not wanting to read comments on stories because 9/10 they are going to be negative.
