Dan Leydon is a former San Francisco Police detective and San Quentin prison guard. He lives in El Paso, Texas and writes middle grade detective fiction. His first two novels follow the adventures of Denise "Niecey" Lawson and her father, Captain Dennis Lawson, the father-daughter detective team better known as D&D Investigations.
