Stop, both versions hurt. But knowing it was really him makes it so much sweeter. Did he visit often or was this a one time thing? Btw Your story has such vivid moments that it’s easy to imagine them as artwork. I’m a paid artist and while reading it I started visualizing a few scenes as illustrations.
