i just posted my shifting guide book. :) 

should i make a book for shifting advices and methods? 

can you help me? i really want to shift but i’m at the start of my journey and i don’t know anything about it really. 

i probably haven't said this but i manage to shift two times.
          
          the first time i shifted for like a minute to my waiting room. ( just by affirming) 
          
          the second time i accidentally shifted to attack on titan but like in 2020. so basically the characters and titans from the anime but now. i saw levi sjhshs
          

please don't comment if you are going to tell me what i can or can't do. these are my own realities and i clearly know what i get myself into. i have made sure that i won't be in danger and even if i decide to shift to a dangerous reality, this isn't your business to decided if i can do it.
