Hey, I've been having a problem. I need a new coping mechanism. The few I have do far only hurt me. I pinch my arm, I scratch my face and neck (which on multiple occasions lead to me bleeding), I bite my arms and wrist, and I hit my head on the wall. All of them only hurt me and my friend tells me that I should try something less destructive to myself. If someone has a suggestion on what I could do, please tell me. I don't want to cause myself physical pain just because my health has gone to sh*t.
