Remember people everyone is loved. Some might feel like the world hates them so much but patience is the key. Please stop the suicidal thoughts. No matter where you from please remember, whats happening now is not going to go on forever. My dad said and I quote "change is the only constant" its very ironic chage and constant but remember nothing goes on forever. 
          
          If ANYONE OF YOU ARE HAVING THOUGHTS OF SUICIDE PLEASE DON'T FEEL AFRAID TO MESSAGE ME, DON'T BOTTLE YOUR EMOTIONS UP! 
          
          I really had to get this off my chest before I go sleep, its been worrying me for a while

If you know anyone going through something sad or bad, suffering from Depression and anxiety disorders please share this book to them, it'd help tyem more than it'll help me. I'll be honest I cried writing a few chapters in the book because I've been writing from experience and it don't want people going through the same thing I did. Thanks again for helping me reach 459 reads I really appreciate it but I want this book to help others not me
