I need some advice if anyone is willing to answer. My buddy cheasytea if feeling kinda overwhelmed by the amout of writers, comic book artists, painters, and animators around and is begging to doubt their abilities. Normally i just tell them to chin up and work harder, but that doesn't seem to work this time. What do i do? They're thinking of giving up and settling
