About the eras:

classic! - character from classic era (With Michelle 1-6 ep, with everyone else 1-26 ep)

modern! - character from modern era (26-52 ep)

Fact 1: I prefer classic more, because in modern era personalities were changed into the worst side, and designs from the first episodes were cuter than modern, while modern is being just more stylish than classic.
