well, they didn't get any daesangs but they did receive best female group at the mama awards! though quite honestly, those awards aren't v transparent in my opinion. they also (finally) got a first win for peekaboo, and sold 100k copies of the album (their first album to do so)! and they have entered the list of top 20 female physical album one-week sales (though i don't know the actual number). i'd say they did really well w this album and this year in general! i'm so happy hahah i feel like their effort has paid off. also, i heard that yeri could be releasing a solo station track on the 17th of december! she mentioned a few times before and during peekaboo promotions that she had written songs and could be releasing them. i hope the rumours are true :P i also hope reveluvs will rally behind her and that the track would be successful...

@mawile_xoxo i have no idea how they'll fare at the end of year awards tbh, 2017 really is rv's year and we have been blessed with 3 comebacks, they deserve to win at least something (!!) and if they don't i'm gonna flip haha. i'm a casual stan and i do the bare minimum when it comes to supporting rv: buying their albums, streaming, voting and staying up to date on their activities, but i don't really follow all these award shows c: but hey, i have faith in rv so let's do all we can to support them and we'll just have to wait and hope for the best!
            
            ps. i'm so sorry for the late reply, this is my second acc and i'm not very active here :3 also the long message! hope you don't mind but i have lots to say when it comes to rv :-)

@mawile_xoxo i love peekaboo! the song is so classy and the girls look beautiful <3 however, peekaboo has a darker concept with rv posing as serial killers and it's a big leap from red flavor, so it may not be as well received by the korean public. while international fans have shown support for the new song and style, koreans are ultimately the ones voting and i'm not sure how rv will fare in the charts as most koreans prefer brighter songs, like rookie and red flavor. and with so many groups coming back at the same time, it will be harder for rv to win in music shows.
            
            another problem is the youtube views, as a couple of music shows take that into account. i was really disppointed when youtube froze the views for the first 3 hours :') that's the crucial period when a lot of people are streaming, and the views were stuck at 456k for what felt like forever. it was demoralising to see the numbers not budging at all, and i almost felt like giving up but still stayed on bc i wanted to help my favs in any way that i could.
            
            people say that the views are still counted after the numbers have unfrozen, but who knows how many views were lost due to reveluvs streaming incorrectly or maybe they were not counted at all. i was hoping the video would hit 5m, but even with reveluvs streaming continuously we didn't make it. it's all very upsetting, reveluvs were putting in a lot of effort to stream and we couldn't even reach the goal we wanted.
            
            and yes, all of this is worrying but if reveluvs continue to contribute to physical and digital sales, we can help our girls to get the recognition they deserve :-) they've been working hard on this comeback; the songs, outfits and choreos are lit and they deserve so much better!! so let's do our best and show our girls support and love <3
