Hi, I hate talking about me but here goes. I am writing The Emperors Wolves first and foremost for people to enjoy. In my story I try to reflect the times, which were often brutal and unforgiving, but the period is filled with some amazing individuals.

I'm a Roman nut. Anything from the period is a draw for me, especially the time of Augustus. 

Many people have told me that to become a better writer you must read constantly. I have taken this advice and enjoy authors who can weave an interesting and exciting story with believable characters. I hope you enjoy mine.

Favourite Writers:- Simon Scarrow, Ben Kane, SJA Turney, Conn Iggulden, Giles Kristian, MC Scott and Douglas Jackson. Yes mostly historical fiction but that’s what floats my boat as it were. In addition to these fabulous writers I must add Tom Clancy and George RR Martin whose working of plots and characters is simply brilliant.
